A Note from the Pestanas
To our valued customers,
In the midst of the current public health crisis, we have all been asked to make some major changes to both our personal and professional lives in effort to mitigate the spread of the novel Coronavirus: While many are able to work at home, others are asked to step up to the front line to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of the community. We are honored that our business has been included in this group of essential industries, and to be able to continue protecting your home and family.
Now more than ever, our homes are important to us. With nearly 300 million United States residents currently working and schooling from home, it’s not just the place that we return to after a long day. Our homes are now the full-time safe havens for 90% of our residents. We are all doing our part in staying home and healthy, and we hope that you’ll allow us to continue doing our part in making your home as safe as possible from harmful pests.
In the same respect, we have also made changes to our routines to do our part in flattening the curve while we continue serving you and other essential businesses in the area. Luckily, most services and inspections can be performed without entering the home or requiring any face-to-face contact. We encourage you to review our complete list of changes that we have made in response to the Coronavirus.
In closing, we want to express how grateful we are to serve a community of such strong, compassionate and resilient people. This pandemic is unlike anything that three generations of our family has witnessed in the 95 years we have been in business here in New England. We are proud to see how entire communities have pulled together, even when it means staying apart to protect the members of our community that are most at risk. It is a beautiful thing to see, and we are so glad that we can continue to do our part in protecting your homes and businesses during this time.
Wishing you and your families health and safety,
Joseph Pestana, President
